Invited speakers & experts

Speakers and experts invited by organizers and other sponsoring organisations will receive special instructions on how to proceed. However - unless otherwise advised, they should register as all other participants, undertake their reservations and payments to airline companies, agencies, hotels etc.

Speakers & experts whose expenses are to be reimbursed will receive a personalised letter until 20 March 2008 explaining the standard rules and procedures for reimbursement to be applied in all cases.

All other Participants

Participation is free of charge but all participants should register in advance to facilitate the organization of the conference using the attached registration form.

Presenters of papers / posters

Experts presenting papers or posters should also register as normal participants. However presentation of a paper or poster requires physical presence of a presenter.
